Y’all have an amazing team working at this hotel. Larry was one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met! We’ve stayed here multiple times for family gatherings, and it’s always a great experience. The rooms are consistently nice and clean, and my kids absolutely love the breakfast. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

First class service. I locked myself out of my room. It was an avoidable accident. Not like forgot my key, but more specifically left in my underwear to get ice and tried to use the security physical lock to keep the door open. Yeah, that’s on me. Manager came in off duty at 11:15p and got me into my room. Front desk also offered me another room for the night if we couldn’t break in. Net/net- put on pants even if you’re just going for ice. Also Marriott delivers again on making sure guests are top priority. Thanks to the staff who treated me like I wasn’t in day-old stinky socks and briefs. Marriott for life.

Brittney radiates with so much light and warmth. immediately when you enter there’s a greeting as you leave there’s a greeting. The staff is extremely welcoming and wants to know what to expect during the holiday season. Brittney went above and beyond to ensure that I recognized her and she is the most gorgeous human being inside and out even in brief encounter it was such a pleasure to see her there and know that maybe next time when I go to Dallas, I will see her again. All of the front desk, individuals are extremely nice and welcoming, including there’s a male one that is wonderful, but I never got his name. I just had to give a shout out to Brittney for standing out amongst the rest in the little time that I saw her. You can tell when people speak from their heart to you that’s what matters. I’ve traveled a lot, and I would say this was the most enjoyable location traveling too. The only thing that I would give feedback on is may be a little more moisturizing conditioner for that hard water there. However, that is on me, not taking my own. I love that they are going green and the things I needed The egg in the rising was incredible! Maybe some bacon would slap hard though.

I give 4 stars for meeting standards and 5 for exceeding them. This hotel exceeded my standards for 1 reason, Larry B., the night shift front desk attendant. Wow, this gentleman is something quite rare these days, he did everything not just with a smile but a genuine positive vibe. He was professional, motivated and treated every guest that I saw him interact with as a truly welcomed guest..like he was inviting them into their own home. Bad customer service being the standard in 2026...I was blown away by a level of service provided by Larry B. That I have not seen in decades.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Dallas which is typically every couple months whether for work or pleasure. Im not quick to write reviews (good or bad) but as much as I’ve stayed here I have never had a bad experience so this one is well overdue. Alex and his team always has the best service and they truly have make me feel like I’m home away from home. Each staff from the desk , the bar, and breakfast truly cares that you have a great stay. Keep doing what you’re doing. Thank you!

My family and I are blessed to just have the opportunity to stay in this fairly nice hotel and the services where very accommodating. It's the little things that keep the review real. I am not trying to be mean just informative. The pros, the room was very comfortable and the atmosphere in the room was not disheartening when we walked in the door for the first time. In most cases first impression can be a make or break situation. And I have turned down a few rooms and hotels and motel that are not to a standard in which you pay your hard earned money to be disrespected of your opinion and your willingness to choose to stay i a place lower than that which you live in on a daily basis. The elevator was slow and the other was not working. So you know I was thinking what if this one stops working? Location was, great for the visit that we shared. There was a volleyball tournament and some of the teams stayed in this hotel. It made breakfast longer but manageable. Hope you have a great stay if you visit 8+

We had a positive experience at this hotel! We stayed here while our plumbing was getting worked on so we needed to stay somewhere close to home. The service was top notch, everyone we interacted with was friendly. The room was clean and had no smell which is huge cause my husband & I are very sensitive to smells. They had the typical breakfast you normally find at hotels, & their waffle maker makes waffles in the shape of Texas - which I found really neat! There is one elevator where the first floor button - you have to push very hard to get it to light up. Overall, we had a great stay!

The management and staff is exceptional at this Hotel. They make thing right and work hard. In over 1500 nights at Marriott properties, I would recommend the people at this hotel any time. The hotel is clean, quite, comfortable and the staff makes you feel like your business is valuable to them.
